In May 2014 I started at Meritmind in the position as Talent Manager in our Stockholm office. At that time Meritmind only operated in Sweden and were still growing in numbers and offices. I took part in starting up our branch in Gothenburg and had a role in increasing our group of Talent Managers in Sweden. In November 2016 I became Recruitment Consultant and started having responsibility of the whole recruitment chain towards our clients. This work implies a lot of different tasks, but always with the same objective: to get an equally satisfied client and candidate by the end of the recruitment. That’s my goal with all of my recruitments.
Meritmind has always been an inspirational workplace and provides a lot of trust to all individual employees. What always struck me is how excellent this company is to combine the business and commercial aspect of the staffing industry with a genuine and qualitative relationship with our candidates and clients. I’m certain that it will make a huge difference in the long run. Our history proves it!
